  1.                       PETITION TO INDICT

  4. The Government of these United States of America, having been
  5. formed under the Constitution and having been duly elected
  6. and appointed by the people of these United States of America
  7. under the terms of the Constitution, has violated the public
  8. trust, terms, conditions and laws of the land as outlined and
  9. enshrined within the Constitution of these United States of
  10. America.
  11.  
  12. To Wit:    (1)  The government has approved and entered into
  13.                 a secret treaty with an Alien Nation against
  14.                 the terms of the Constitution and without the
  15.                 advise and consent of the Congress or the
  16.                 people.
  17.  
  18.            (2)  The government in this treaty has given this
  19.                 Alien Nation land and bases within the
  20.                 borders of these United States of America.
  21.  
  22.            (3)  The government in this treaty has traded
  23.                 human lives and property for the alien
  24.                 technology and has denied the citizens of
  25.                 these United States of America the lawful
  26.                 protection due them under the Constitution.
  27.                 The property is in the form of livestock and
  28.                 land.
  29.  
  30.            (4)  In the taking of human lives, property and
  31.                 livestock of the citizens of these United
  32.                 States and in the commission of numerous
  33.                 other abominable and barbarous acts, this
  34.                 Alien Nation has proven to be the mortal
  35.                 enemy of the people, the nation, and all of
  36.                 humanity.  Abductions, surgical operations,
  37.                 implantations, biological sampling,
  38.                 impregnations, psychological damage, and
  39.                 other horrors have been and are being
  40.                 performed upon humans by this Alien Nation.
  41.                 For these reasons a state of war now exists
  42.                 and has existed between the people of the
  43.                 United States and this Alien Nation.
  44.  
  45.            (5)  In approving of, and participating in the
  46.                 crimes outlined in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4
  47.                 above, the government is in violation of
  48.                 Article II Section 2, Article III Section 3
  49.                 and several other Articles of the
  50.                 Constitution, and is guilty of and is hereby
  51.                 charged with conspiracy, murder and treason
  52.                 against the people and the Constitution of
  53.                 these United States of America.

  55.            (6)  In the process of aiding and abetting the
  56.                 Alien Nation in the performance of these
  57.                 crimes against the people, the Nation, and
  58.                 humanity, the government, with full knowledge
  59.                 and consent, has murdered, incarcerated,
  60.                 forcibly relocated, brainwashed, drugged,
  61.                 harassed and otherwise interfered unlawfully
  62.                 in the lives of patriots, including a
  63.                 President of the United States, who have
  64.                 attempted to expose this murder and treason.
  65.  
  66.            (7)  To keep this secret from the Congress and
  67.                 from the people of these United States of
  68.                 America, the Government has financed its
  69.                 Alien involvement through the importation
  70.                 and sale of illegal narcotics to the nations
  71.                 people and specifically to the nations youth.
  72.                 The Central Intelligence Agency has been and
  73.                 continues to be the main instrument in the
  74.                 control of the worlds drug market.  "The use
  75.                 of illegal narcotics to finance the Alien
  76.                 connected projects and other black projects
  77.                 will identify and eliminate the weak elements
  78.                 of our society", is the rationalization used
  79.                 by the Government to justify these heinous
  80.                 and treasonous acts.
  81.  
  82.            (8)  In the pursuit of bringing all those in or
  83.                 out of the government who are responsible for
  84.                 these acts of conspiracy, murder and treason
  85.                 to justice, the Trilateral Commission, the
  86.                 President, Vice President, the Director of
  87.                 Central Intelligence, certain other members
  88.                 of the Central Intelligence Agency, the
  89.                 Director of the National Security Agency,
  90.                 certain members of the President's Cabinet,
  91.                 the Joint Chiefs of Staff, those people
  92.                 designated MAJORITY, MAJORITY TWELVE, MJ-12,
  93.                 MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE
  94.                 (MAJI), the JASON SOCIETY or JASON SCHOLARS,
  95.                 the DIRECTOR of the SENIOR INTERAGENCY GROUP
  96.                 (SIG), the National Security Advisor to the
  97.                 President, the Navy Department which has
  98.                 field operational control of all Alien
  99.                 connected projects, and others having taken
  100.                 part in the joint government and alien
  101.                 conspiracy are hereby charged with conspiracy
  102.                 murder and treason.  This is to include all
  103.                 those who served in these positions from 1953
  104.                 up to and including the present
  105.                 administration.
  106.  
  107.            (9)  We call for the impeachment of the President
  108.                 of these United States, George Bush.  He has
  109.                 been a member of MJ-12 and the Trilateral
  110.                 Commission since he was the President and CEO
  111.                 of Zapata Oil.  George Bush organized and has
  112.                 headed the narcotics smuggling conspiracy
  113.                 since its beginning.  The offshore oil
  114.                 platforms of Zapata Oil were used as staging
  115.                 areas from which the drugs were moved into
  116.                 these United States from Central and South
  117.                 America without passing through customs or
  118.                 undergoing inspection of any kind.  We firmly
  119.                 believe that George Bush now heads this
  120.                 shadow government that controls the Alien
  121.                 technology, the military industrial complex,
  122.                 and thus the Nation.  The fact that he is now
  123.                 the President of these United States of
  124.                 America makes George Bush the most powerful
  125.                 and dangerous criminal in the history of the
  126.                 world.

  128.           (10)  In the interest of preserving the Consti-
  129.                 tution and the government of these United
  130.                 States of America, and to save and protect
  131.                 the human race, and for no other reason, we
  132.                 bring these charges by the authority of the
  133.                 Constitution of these United States of
  134.                 America, against those named who had full
  135.                 knowledge of and who willfully participated
  136.                 in the violations of Article II Section 2,
  137.                 Article III Section 3 and several other
  138.                 Articles of the Constitution of these United
  139.                 States of America.  The government and those
  140.                 individuals named in paragraph 8 and 9 are
  141.                 hereby charged with conspiracy, murder and
  142.                 treason.

  144.           (11)  In the interest of preserving the Consti-
  145.                 tution and the government of these United
  146.                 States of America, we ask full pardon in
  147.                 exchange for full disclosure.  We ask the
  148.                 Judicial branch of the government to honor
  149.                 this request for all guilty conspirators who
  150.                 voice full disclosure by May 30, 1989.  We
  151.                 ask the Judicial branch to give no mercy to
  152.                 those who persist in this conspiracy, murder
  153.                 and treason.

  155.           (12)  We hereby, and in the name of the people
  156.                 and by the authority of the constitution,
  157.                 charge the government to cease aiding and
  158.                 abetting and concealing this Alien Nation
  159.                 which exists within our borders.  We charge
  160.                 the government to cease all conspiracies,
  161.                 operations, projects, treaties, and any other
  162.                 involvement with this Alien Nation.  We
  163.                 charge the government to order this Alien
  164.                 Nation and all of its members to leave the
  165.                 United States and this earth immediately, now
  166.                 and for all time, by November 1, 1989, and we
  167.                 charge the government to enforce this order.
  168.                 We further charge the government to make a
  169.                 complete disclosure of its alien conspiracy
  170.                 to the American people prior to May 30, 1989
  171.                 and to make a full accounting for its
  172.                 actions.  We charge the Congress to order
  173.                 this to be done and we charge the Congress to
  174.                 enforce this order.

  176.           (13)  Should the Executive, Judicial, and Legis-
  177.                 lative branches choose to ignore these
  178.                 charges, we hereby swear upon the
  179.                 Constitution that we will not rest until
  180.                 this conspiracy and these crimes are exposed
  181.                 to the American people.  We swear on the
  182.                 Constitution that all guilty parties shall be
  183.                 brought to justice.  We swear that we will
  184.                 persist until our death to accomplish these
  185.                 ends in the name of humanity, the
  186.                 Constitution of these United States of
  187.                 America, and in the name of all true patriots
  188.                 who have gone before us, we do so swear.

  190.           (14)  We firmly believe and know and have evidence
  191.                 that this conspiracy and these crimes and
  192.                 charges are true and have occurred and is now
  193.                 true and is now occurring and were and are
  194.                 perpetrated, aided and abetted by those so
  195.                 charged.  This we do swear.

  197.           (15)  We hereby, and upon delivery of this document
  198.                 to the members of the Senate and House of
  199.                 Representatives of the Congress of these
  200.                 United States of America, serve notice to the
  201.                 world that these charges and this document
  202.                 are now and forever recorded in history.
  203.                 This document and these charges will not and
  204.                 cannot ever be revoked by any act, present or
  205.                 future.  History alone will be the judge
  206.                 should the Congress fail to act and we have
  207.                 no fear of that judgement.  We hereby warn
  208.                 each member of the Senate and the House of
  209.                 Representatives of the Congress of these
  210.                 United States of America that failure to act
  211.                 upon these charges will forever brand each
  212.                 and every one of you as accessories to the
  213.                 conspiracy and the crimes outlined in this
  214.                 document.  Your children, grand-children,
  215.                 great grand-children, and the present and
  216.                 future generations of the people of these
  217.                 United States of America will not forget and
  218.                 will never forgive.  We warn you now and
  219.                 forever that these United States of America,
  220.                 the Constitution, and Freedom, has never been
  221.                 in greater danger.  We hope and pray that it
  222.                 is not already to late to save the Nation.

  225.   Being of sound mind and body and with full knowledge of the
  226.   implications and consequences of these charges and having
  227.   only the interest of saving humanity, preserving the Con-
  228.   stitution of these United States, preserving the government
  229.   of these United States, and, being patriots, having sworn
  230.   to preserve and protect the Constitution of these United
  231.   States of America do affix our signature to this document
  232.   in full affirmation of our dedication and commitment to our
  233.   sworn duty.

  244.   Many other signatures exist on the original copy of this
  245.   document.  Due to the historical significance of this
  246.   document, the document and attached signatures are being
  247.   preserved in a safe place for future generations.  If
  248.   Congress acts upon these charges, the original copy with
  249.   the attached signatures will be presented to the Congress
  250.   in Washington DC at such time that it becomes necessary.

  252.   The other signatories will not be revealed unless congress
  253.   acts upon these charges.  It is in this manner that we can
  254.   guarantee that others may continue to work to expose this
  255.   madness should the Congress fail to act.  If anything
  256.   should happen to me a large network of people exist to
  257.   carry on our work and eventually bring the criminals to
  258.   justice.

  260.   As a witness to these crimes, I respectfully petition the
  261.   Congress for protection.  My life and the lives of my
  262.   family are now in danger.  I also respectfully petition the
  263.   Congress for protection for all other witnesses who can be
  264.   produced and for protection of those others who have signed
  265.   the original document.  I also petition the Congress to
  266.   take steps to protect the evidence which we have collected
  267.   and which is stored in various locations and with various
  268.   people throughout the United States.  I beg the Congress
  269.   not to trust any other government agency with these matters
  270.   because this conspiracy runs deep within the government.  I
  271.   beg you to trust only the Congress in these matters.  I
  272.   also beg the members of Congress who intend to act upon
  273.   this petition to take positive steps to protect your own
  274.   lives.
